With respect to Asset Lifecycle Information Management, the following best practices should be adhered:

• When using hierarchical class structure any forms that are common across Child classes should be linked to the Parent class. Linking the form to the Parent class eliminates the need for the implementer to manually map the form to every Child class.
• Use Form Collections, Form Collections group, and reorder forms. One of the primary reasons for using Form Collections is the ability to order the forms.
  Note: TheAssetWise user must be given the AssetWise permission "Form Collection" which allows the user to create a new Form Collection.
• Keep form collections limited to one class as much as possible. For example: form collection 1 could be assigned to bridges and large culverts, form collection 2 could be assigned to tunnels, form collection 3 assigned to cable anchors, and so on.
